  1. Hey, Steven! Thanks for your kind words – the storybook was really fun to write so I’m glad it’s fun to read as well. I wasn’t sure how exactly I wanted to tell the story in terms of narration, so your words were re-affirming and I’m glad I made the choice I did. Hopefully you get to read the storybook when it’s all finished and thanks again!

  2. Steven- Your blog layout is very classy. I really like the ridged grey background. I also really like the bright blue, it is one of my favorite shades of blue, but it stands out starkly against the pitch-black background and is hard to focus on. It hurst my eyes if I look at it too long. Other than that I really like your site layout.

  3. Hi Steven!

First off, I really like the layout of your blog. I think that some people in this class have background pictures that are too busy. It distracts from the text and any pictures that they include. The black background makes the white text easy to read. Nice job on that.

This week, I read the stories from your portfolio. Man, you are a talented writer! I thought your paragraphs were organized well and the sentences flowed nicely. I like that you chose to include humor in your project because not many people in this class do. Or, if they do, it's not always very funny like your stories.

Also, I thought that the picture that you included with each story were nice. They really added to my understanding of the story and helped paint a better picture in my mind. I look forward to reading more of your stories in the upcoming weeks!
